Updated: 11 October 2026. This notice explains how Pinoy Next Chapter handles information through this website, contact enquiries, and newsletter subscriptions.
Who operates this website
Pinoy Next Chapter is operated personally by Victor Detaro. Public correspondence address: M. Vasquez St, Barangay Harapin Ang Bukas, Mandaluyong 1550, Metro Manila, Philippines. Privacy enquiries: info@pinoynextchapter.com.
Contact enquiries
Our contact form collects your email address, enquiry topic, and message; your name is optional. We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess corrections, and manage relevant correspondence. Contact Form 7 sends submissions by email and does not itself store submissions in the WordPress database. Messages may remain in the receiving mailbox and its backups. Contacting us does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Please do not send confidential medical records, identity documents, banking information, or login details.
Newsletter
Brevo provides our embedded signup form and newsletter service. It processes your email address, subscription and confirmation records, and technical information associated with delivering the form and emails. Signup is configured for double opt-in: you must click the emailed confirmation link before joining the newsletter list. You may unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or by contacting us. Unsubscribing stops newsletter messages; limited suppression information may be retained to prevent unwanted re-enrolment. See Brevo’s privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 is configured through Rank Math to help us understand page usage, scrolling, outbound links, video interactions, and downloads. Automatic form-interaction and site-search measurement were disabled during setup. Logged-in users are excluded. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or contact-message contents to Analytics. Google may process device, browser, and usage information under its privacy policy.
Complianz provides cookie choices and a script blocker. You can accept or reject optional cookies or choose preferences in the banner. Necessary functions may use storage required to operate the site or remember choices. Blocking and consent integrations are being tested, so we do not represent every third-party resource as verified to wait for consent. Your browser also provides cookie controls. Newsletter consent is separate from optional website-cookie consent.
Hosting, fonts, and external services
Hostinger hosts this WordPress website. Hosting, mailbox, and security services may process technical logs, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the service. The site uses external fonts and embedded resources, including Brevo. Loading these resources connects your browser to their providers. Following an external or affiliate link takes you to a provider with its own privacy and cookie practices. Service providers may process information outside your country.
Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence for handling the enquiry and relevant follow-up, and subscriber records for managing newsletter subscriptions. Provider logs and backups follow the relevant service’s settings. A fixed retention schedule and the Analytics retention setting have not yet been documented; contact us for clarification or a deletion request rather than relying on an assumed automatic deletion period.
Your requests
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint with a relevant authority. Send requests to info@pinoynextchapter.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request without requesting unnecessary identity documents. Some records may need to be retained to respect unsubscribe choices, protect the service, or meet applicable obligations.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the site’s services or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
